In How to Write a Ghost Story, you'll learn everything you need to craft professional stories in the world of "things that go bump in the night." Today, paranormal is the bestselling genre across the board, from books to movies. I am a bestselling author in the paranormal forum and I can tell you, publishing a book is only the beginning. In my course, I will tell you the secrets to creating suspenseful stories with well-rounded characters, unique plots, tension, pacing, setting, dialogue, cliffhangers, twists, and the all-important facet of creating spine-tingling atmosphere. I'll even tell you where to find great ideas! At the end of the one-week course, I offer my students the ability to email me their stories for a free critique and suggestions. I can also help you with tips toward self-publishing your book, again, free of charge. The course is one hour a day, Monday-Friday, for a total of 5 hours. It is an interactive course via Zoom. I use video clips from famous paranormal movies to underscore the course content. It's a fun, upbeat class with plenty of time for your questions.
